RETURN POLICY

Here at SIGMA SPORT USA, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. We will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost). Any orders returned and received after 30 days from the delivery date are outside of the return period and are subject to replacement only at the discretion of SIGMA SPORT USA. We do not charge re-stocking fees for items returned in resalable condition and your only cost for returning the item(s) is the shipping to get the item to us. Return shipping is not covered.

All merchandise returned must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, documentation, and free promotional items. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. Any damaged returns or returns not in their original packaging will not be accepted for full refund and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

ALL SPONSORSHIP AND PRO DEAL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE. Normal 2 year warranty still applies.

Any packages returned without a RA# are subject to being returned to sender. SIGMA SPORT USA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. SIGMA SPORT USA will, at its discretion, replace defective merchandise and ship it to you postage paid. If your product is defective or you need help troubleshooting, please email sales@sigmasportusa.com or call 630-945-3387 and we will be glad to assist you. SIGMA SPORT USA cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor, only products purchased through this web site.


WARRANTY

The warranty on SIGMA products in North America is 2 years from the date of original purchase (90 days for all batteries). The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, unauthorized tampering, alteration, modification, wear-and-tear, wear caused by commercial usage, loss, or damage. Proof of purchase within the 2 year warranty period is required. If your SIGMA product is not functioning properly and you feel that you have a potential warranty claim, please contact SIGMA USA at sales@sigmasportusa.com or call 630-945-3387 for technical support and/or to receive a return authorization (RA) number.

SIGMA SPORT USA will, at its discretion, repair or replace with a comparable product, at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on products sent to our warranty department and SIGMA SPORT covers shipping on returning items. Products may be new, refurbished or reconditioned and are warranted for the remaining warranty period of the original purchase, or 30 days from shipment, whichever is greater. Any products replaced become the property of SIGMA SPORT USA. Items purchased through unauthorized dealers, third party resellers, and auction sites are not covered under warranty. Items purchased on Ebay are NOT covered under warranty.
