|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.|
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.|
|What is the return policy?|
|Here at SIGMA SPORT USA, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. You may return any item(s) purchased from this web site within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. We will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund (excluding the shipping cost). Any orders returned and received after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to replacement only at the discretion of SIGMA SPORT USA. We do not charge re-stocking fees and your only cost for returning the item(s) is the shipping to get the item to us.
All merchandise returned must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any packages returned without a RA# are subject to being returned to sender. SIGMA SPORT USA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
SIGMA SPORT USA will, at its discretion, replace defective merchandise and ship it to you postage paid. If your product is defective, please email email@example.com or call 630-761-1106 and we will be glad to assist you. SIGMA SPORT USA cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor, only products purchased through this web site.
